Wonderful seniors like Amit Kumar Head boy 1988-89, Madhvi, Sandeep Mathur, Latika, wonderful juniors Navdeep Mathur,Ritu, Anuradha, Deepshikha, Saipriya, Anand Jagota and Nidhi Wahi, Nitin and how could one ever miss the freaky batchmates. I can never forget Rupak, Parul, Arundhati, Gaurav, Om Shekhar Jha(and girls drooling over him!!) Vinay Dosi, Harmeet Malhi, and whole lot.. Memories of conducting Assembely as Head Girl, which I used to hate... Bunking!!!!(I do not think it was a good precedent set for a head girl to bunk) the ever so drooling guys ov! er girls !!! having hot tea in the canteen in foggy wintery afternoons... disecting forgs and then having your tiffin yuck!!! the day scholars and hosteler fight (will it ever end!!) fight at the bang club with the mordenites!! cramming chem. formulas, completing lab files, failing in maths exams (believe me i am still horrible at Maths nearly flunked my college paper too!!), fircrackers, messy holi, MANDAL COMMSSION and of course those everso wonderful teachers. The famous trio (Mrs. Mattu, Mrs. Kashyap, Mrs. Fernandez), Dope, not so famous trio( Dr.Tewari, Usha Mathur, Kohli!!) USA, Wonderful Mrs. Mazumdar,KJS,Dr.Bhasin,Manohar Lal, Dr. Pathak, Rawat, Kathuria, and Mr. Dhawan. As I write nostalgia sweeps me over... I could fill in pages but as Bryan Adam's Summer of 69 says "THOSE WERE THE BEST DAYS OF MY LIFE!!" I hope our paths cross in the future..

Memories : Old School memories bring back the carefree days as studies were always far from engrossing and times were spent on the volleyball courts,bunking lectures, and various funtime activities. Almost cutoff from the real world and its horrors,life was a much better place. Of course, we were too young to realize how much we would be missing once we were out of the confines. So many teachers leave their mark on your personality and form your basic opinion about life not being a bed of roses. Our particular favourite was Mr. U.S. Arora(USA) as he was/is called- taught us physics and the burden never showing,it used to look as simple as English-which was however not the case. great sense of humour assured him near full attendance, a rarity i must say. we were too laid back,while people were busy planning their careers-sometimes their parents doing it for them, but everybody's got to live life their own way and we chose to look away. the burden of career building was too heavy on our young shoulders,then. ...and now it seems very funny, thinking of going back to that time, if i was to change anything, i wouldn't. or maybe i would be more of an extrovert and probably would date more often,or try to atleast.

Memories : I can go on and on and on....Bunking chemistry classes in XII-A to play volleyball when I was headboy.Generally bossing around the place and getting cracks on my head for that from the one and only famous Ms. Usha mathur,Mrs.Mattu and Dope. Can't ever forget all those gorgeous women wearing those amazing school skirts,especially around the basketball courts.Taking part in all those gas filled debates and giving gas filled speeches in the assembly which brought one much fame at school(and probably many curses too.)My friends,Ashish Shroff,Sanjeev narayan,Tejinder Singh, Prashant Gokhale ,Amit khan,my brother sandeep mathur and his batchmates,Amit Kumar headboy in 1988-89,and my fondest guru Rupak Chattopadhyay,and girl friends like Tanishka Kachru,Deepti Singh,Smrithi Prabhu,Shikha,Sai Priya,Ritu,Deepshikha,my headgirl,ANU ,Yogyata khullar,Harmeet malhi,the ravishing Supriya and Shalina(I wonder where she is?) and many others. The teachers always knew I was upto some trouble but couldn't do much about it because of my sharif and goody-goody image.Mrs.renu malhotra who taught me whatever maths I know and the cool English taught by Reema Mohan(later Reema Sharma,but a Reema by any other name still has the charm???!!!) Gokhale and Bhaedia livened up the dull moments with their usual antics..

[New on 1st Sept. 96 - KA] XII - C all the way. The Tech Drawing class was always in trouble, and somehow the anual tradition of no or few girls in the subject stuck in my year too. There were unforgettable times like when I went and pissed standing next to chem teacher "Manu" Lal in a staff toilet and he almost bit my head off (never mind which one!!) And then there was the mass bunks and the hours spent in the basket ball courts with hot samosas from the canteen And then came the terrors - Usha Mathur and her likes - god help that lady if I lay my hands on her now. And then there was Dhawan - I could never make up my mind as to whether he was a bulldog or Narsimha Rao's brother or both!! And of course the bumbling idiot who came to power after him - something Tiwari - wow what a character that fellow was...All you tech drawing folks out there, write back to me and we can exchange news on whatever we can remember from our respective years.

A few minutes later we were sipping hot tea hiding behind the English textbooks. 'We' in this episode were Praneet Aluwalia, now in merchant navy, Anoop & Jagbir and other helpful souls of class XII-F.
